THE JOB Shoreline Amphitheatre is seeking a Recruiting Assistant. This person will support hiring efforts by promoting opportunities in surrounding communities, sourcing candidates, and assisting with recruiting outreach. May also maintain employee records and provide general administrative support to the recruiting and HR team.

Requirements

  • Strong people skills and confidence starting conversations with strangers
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • High School Diploma/GED

Nice To Haves

  • Past experience in marketing or promotions work is a plus
  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS preferred

Responsibilities

  • Research locations to promote hiring efforts throughout neighboring communities and craft plans to execute promotions
  • Represent the company at events, campuses, and local hotspots
  • Distribute flyers, posters, and promotional materials in high-traffic areas
  • Source candidates and track candidates using 3rd party recruiting tools
  • Maintain and update employee files to ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance
  • Prepare and organize recruiting and onboarding materials, including packets, forms, and informational resources
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruiting and HR team, including data entry, document management, and process coordination
