About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and people-focused Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume hiring across 140 retail locations in 30 states. This role is crucial in maintaining smooth field recruiting operations while a team member is on leave. You will work closely with store managers, manage full-cycle administrative recruiting tasks, and ensure every candidate experiences a seamless onboarding process. This is a fast-paced, operations-heavy recruiting support position where 80% of your work involves backend coordination, offer processing, and onboarding. If you enjoy structure, communication, and keeping a busy team running efficiently, this role is perfect for you. This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in light recruiting and HR assistance.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in customer service and human resources.
Knowledge of recruitment and full-cycle recruiting.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of ATS is preferred.
Comfortable using Excel, with advanced skills in Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
Eagerness to learn new things and take on new systems.

Responsibilities
