About The Position

RUN Studios is seeking a creatively inspired Recruiting Coordinator to play a key role in building exceptional teams and delivering a thoughtful, inclusive candidate experience. As a Recruiting Coordinator at RUN Studios, you’ll be a core member of the talent team, supporting the hiring of both full-time and temporary employees across multiple business groups. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage logistics, and serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, acting as a true ambassador for RUN throughout the hiring process. Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience in recruiting, staffing, talent coordination, or resource management
  • Hands-on sourcing experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, job boards, online communities, and social media platforms
  • A genuine passion for building relationships and delivering an exceptional, candidate-centric experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and professionally across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet quick-turn deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn internal systems, tools, and file-sharing platforms
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word

  • Experience in the creative industry and/or a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as film, video, media, advertising, or marketing

Responsibilities

  • Review and screen resumes while responding to applicants with a positive, professional, inclusive, and personable approach at every stage of the candidate journey
  • Proactively build and maintain RUN’s bench of temporary and full-time talent across creative disciplines, including motion design, video editing, production, audio engineering, and related creative services roles
  • Manage candidate workflow, screening, and complex interview scheduling using the Applicant Tracking System (Paycom)
  • Serve as a consistent point of contact for candidates, providing timely status updates throughout the interview and hiring process
  • Communicate hiring progress, updates, and status reports to Recruiting, HR, internal stakeholders, and hiring managers
  • Support candidate onboarding by generating offer letters and employment agreements, collecting required employment documentation, and assisting with new hire orientation processes
  • Assist with sourcing candidates for open requisitions and time-sensitive, project-based hiring needs
  • Champion the candidate experience by identifying opportunities to improve employment branding, hiring workflows, and overall candidate engagement
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives supporting Recruiting and HR team objectives
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
