We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Recruiting & HR Operations Coordinator to support recruiting and people operations across our two entities—organic alfalfa farming and wholesale cannabis production. Due to business needs and periodic travel, candidates must be based in Utah or Nevada. This role is designed for someone who is early in their recruiting and HR career but ready to take ownership of processes, apply independent judgment, and contribute to improving recruiting and HR operations. Your main focus will be recruiting, scheduling, and onboarding entry-level candidates for Cultivation and Finished Product Technicians; managing HRIS entries; streamlining/improving ATS processes; and maintaining/improving compliant HR files, policies & processes.
