About The Position

The Recruiting Manager leads the recruiting function for our companies and oversees a team responsible for delivering high‑quality talent across the organization. This role applies innovative, strategic, and data‑driven approaches to full‑cycle recruitment—including sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and long‑term pipeline development—to ensure the company attracts and retains exceptional talent who embody our culture. The Recruiting Manager partners closely with HR and organizational leaders to drive effective hiring practices, deliver a strong candidate experience, and support evolving talent needs across the business.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management, including configuration, optimization, and user support; ADP experience preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills for reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.
  • Ability to create and maintain recruiting and hiring training tools, playbooks, and process documentation.
  • Experience developing and delivering executive‑level presentations that communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to build and use recruiting dashboards to track key metrics and support data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in personnel matters.

  • Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate and willing to assume
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of employment law, recruiting technologies, and sourcing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence leaders across all levels.

  • Experience managing multi‑state recruiting operations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership, mentoring, and performance management for the recruiting team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement.
  • Assign and manage team workload, projects, and priorities to meet organizational talent needs.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and talent reviews; provide coaching, feedback, and development plans.
  • Oversee team training needs; develop, coordinate, and deliver training for new and existing staff.
  • Manage team scheduling, timecards, and adherence to Raymond West policies and procedures.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and, when needed, separation and corrective action processes for team members.
  • Design and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract, engage, and retain talent across all levels and functions.
  • Ensure recruiting strategies meet organizational goals for talent acquisition, diversity, and workforce planning.
  • Monitor and analyze labor market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to inform strategy.
  • Develop and maintain key recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Standardize recruiting processes, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance across the organization.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, background checks, and the offer process.
  • Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong user experience.
  • Build and maintain effective recruiting channels, such as job boards, professional networks, community partners, and referral programs.
  • Partner with HR, Operations, Marketing, and business leaders to strengthen employer branding and promote Raymond West as an employer of choice.
  • Lead or support workforce planning initiatives to forecast talent needs and staffing strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Provide guidance, training, and consultation to hiring managers on recruiting practices, labor market insights, and hiring best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to align recruiting efforts with organizational goals and workforce plans.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of hiring needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, technology usage, and candidate experience by analyzing recruitment data and monitoring outcomes.
  • Evaluate and implement recruiting tools, systems, and resources that enhance efficiency and outcomes.
  • Ensure recruiting processes remain compliant with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
