About The Position

This role is central to scaling a fast-growing organization’s recruiting efforts while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring team experience. You will lead the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of recruiting systems, processes, and data across the end-to-end talent lifecycle. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, partnering with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Legal to create scalable, compliant, and efficient workflows. You will own recruiting tools and vendor relationships, drive automation and integration initiatives, and surface actionable insights to inform strategy. The role offers the opportunity to shape the infrastructure that enables the organization to attract and hire top talent effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading or executing complex Recruiting Operations or Talent Operations initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting or HRIS technologies (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Gem, or similar), including system configuration, integrations, and daily use
  • Strong operational and strategic planning skills, capable of translating ambiguous goals into clear, prioritized execution plans
  • Proven ability to analyze recruiting data, identify trends, and solve complex problems independently
  • Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional partners and stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and geographies
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, distributed organization

Responsibilities

  • Own critical recruiting tools, workflows, and vendor relationships, ensuring they support organizational growth
  • Partner with HR Technology teams to configure systems, manage integrations, and implement automation that reduces manual effort and improves reliability
  • Map, document, and optimize end-to-end recruiting processes for efficiency, consistency, and scalability
  • Maintain data integrity through audits, quality controls, and governance standards
  • Deliver actionable insights from recruiting data to inform strategy, resource allocation, and operational improvements
  • Collaborate with Legal and People Operations to ensure recruiting practices comply with global employment laws and internal policies
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the candidate experience and support recruiting team efficiency
