Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is $77,000.00-$97,000.00. Please note that the final offer amount may vary based on experience and skillset of the selected candidate. The Recruiting Research Coordinator supports a large, multi-office law firm’s proactive lateral growth strategy through sophisticated legal market research, reporting, and analysis. This multidisciplinary role partners closely with administrative department and practice group leadership to identify prospective candidates, incorporate key data inputs, and track outcomes. In addition, the position collaborates with colleagues in Attorney Recruiting, Attorney Development, Inclusion & Engagement, and Marketing to coordinate high-volume data submissions that enhance the firm’s external profile. This is a unique opportunity for a professional to gain visibility into lateral recruiting decisions, market positioning, and strategic growth planning. The role may be filled at the Coordinator or Senior Coordinator level, depending on experience.
