This is a 6-month temporary assignment. The Recruiting Solutions Senior Specialist – Candidate Virtual Experience is tasked with supporting the maintenance and delivery of BCG’s OneDay@BCG program, the BCG in 3D environment, and platforms/tools designed to enhance virtual event experiences for our global Talent Acquisition teams and our candidates. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone who’s equal parts organizer and problem-solver. You’ll help keep core virtual experiences running smoothly, support updates and review, design creative promotional campaigns, and partner with teams and stakeholders globally to drive high-quality candidate experiences at scale.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program coordination, promotion, operations, recruiting support, employer branding, events, or digital experience delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfort working across time zones with a variety of stakeholders and communication styles
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to create clear, practical guidance and templates
  • A proactive, solutions-first mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting virtual recruiting events or candidate-facing experiences at scale
  • Familiarity with virtual event platforms and/or learning or experience platforms (e.g., event/webinar tools, simulation platforms, etc.
  • Comfort using Microsoft tools and collaborating in across systems
  • Basic data analysis, pulling insights from dashboards, spreadsheets, and survey results
  • Experience working with external vendors or platform partners

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of OneDay@BCG programs, including platform updates, QA checks, issue tracking, and content refresh cycles
  • Coordinate timelines, inputs, approvals, and release schedules across internal stakeholders and external platform partners (as applicable)
  • Maintain program documentation, playbooks, and “how to use” guidance for recruiters and stakeholders
  • Ensure program content and user flows remain accurate, aligned with business needs, and consistent with BCG brand standards
  • Support the setup and execution of virtual recruiting events using approved platforms/tools
  • Build and maintain scalable templates and repeatable event assets (run-of-show, comms templates, planning checklists, etc.)
  • Partner with recruiters and event owners to troubleshoot issues and elevate the candidate experience
  • Collect feedback from event teams and candidates, synthesize insights, and recommend improvements
  • Monitor performance and experience quality across programs and events using available analytics and feedback mechanisms
  • Track recurring issues, root causes, and resolution paths to reduce repeat problems over time
  • Support reporting and updates to stakeholders on program health, adoption, and areas of opportunity
  • Contribute to testing and piloting new tools or experience enhancements, including documentation and training support
