Dealpath is looking for an energetic, hands-on Recruitment Consultant to help scale our business and go-to-market teams to meet our hiring goals. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence, shape, and strengthen our recruiting efforts during an important period of growth. You’ll partner closely with Go-To-Market leaders to drive hiring across key business functions, with a particular focus on Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing. This is a remote contract position for 4 months, working 40 hours per week. The hourly pay range for this role is $70–$75 per hour. You’re excited about this opportunity because you’ll Own full-cycle recruiting for Go-To-Market roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview management, and offer support Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders to understand hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and drive efficient hiring processes Recruit for high-impact GTM roles, with a focus on Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing Build strong pipelines of active and passive talent, while nurturing long-term candidate relationships Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the process Provide guidance on job descriptions, interview process design, candidate evaluation, and market insights Use a data-driven approach to track funnel performance, hiring progress, and recruiting outcomes Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse) Share regular updates on open roles, pipeline health, and hiring activity with internal stakeholders Stay informed on market trends, talent insights, and competitive hiring practices across the startup and B2B SaaS landscape Support offer extension, negotiation, and close processes to help secure top talent Post roles across approved internal and external job boards and sourcing channels
