We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Region Director, Supply Chain Operations to provide leadership and strategic oversight for all supply chain activities across a designated region within our organization. In this high-impact role, you will be instrumental in managing and inspiring a dedicated team responsible for procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution across all of your region's facilities. To excel in this position, you must possess strong leadership and analytical skills, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain management principles, strategic sourcing, and logistics. You will leverage your proven expertise in optimizing complex supply chain operations across multiple sites within a large organization. You will be accountable for divisional performance on key operational indicators, forging successful relationships with market and facility executives to drive value, optimize operating margins, and ensure our supply chain seamlessly supports our organizational strategic plan.
