About The Position
As a Regional Account Executive, your primary mission is to prospect and secure new, qualified clients across diverse market segments. You will engage with leaders in: Food and Beverage Processing Retail Food Establishments Food Distribution & Logistics Pharmaceuticals Food Service Industry Why Join CFS? Requirements
- Sales Background: 2–5+ years of proven success in Business to Business (B2B) outside sales.
- Education: High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
- Requirements: Must have a dedicated home office with reliable internet access.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle record search.
- Must pass a pre-employment background screen.
Nice To Haves
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience or strong knowledge of food safety is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Drive growth through consistent cold calling and prospecting for new opportunities.
- Strategic Sales: Lead the writing and presentation of professional sales proposals.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of CFS services and food safety auditing/training solutions.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent CFS as a premium, specialist provider in the food safety space.
