Want to join our team? We are currently looking for a Regional Director of Hospice Operations (RDO). This position is responsible for assisting with the overall administration of hospice clinical services. This critical role will identify and provide resolution for issues affecting hospice care. The RDO has a unique opportunity to integrate quality management/performance improvement with business goals and objectives. The RDO will hold staff under their direction accountable for growth, high quality patient care, regulatory compliance, positive employee relations and an effective business plan. This position will cover the Prince George's, Calvert and Charles County Teams.
