ImageCare Radiology is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director to oversee operations across our West Orange, Millburn, and Morristown imaging centers. Regular travel between all assigned locations is required. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION This leadership role is responsible for managing and directing clinic business operations, including oversight of all incoming and outgoing transactions. The Regional Director will address patient, physician, and staff concerns, manage employee scheduling, and resolve daily operational issues as they arise. This individual will also monitor staff performance to ensure high standards are maintained and that patient needs and expectations are consistently met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience resulting in broad knowledge of a field related to the job, plus 5+ years related experience and/or training, and 2+ years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience managing multiple locations or large teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of radiology workflows, modalities (MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound), and compliance standards preferred.
  • Experience with EMR/RIS/PACS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative supervision and support for clinic business office staff.
  • Listen to and solve physician and employee problems.
  • Assist physicians with updating licenses, credentials, etc.
  • Oversee the daily activities and functions of the office and to see that the Policies and Procedures which have been set by the COO and CEO are carried out.
  • Oversee job responsibilities for Front Office Staff, Billing Department, Marketing Department, Tech staff, Radiologists and Contracted Services (such as Cleaning Service, Courier Service and Contractors).
  • Coordinate information from administration and physicians to clinic staff.
  • Interview, hire and terminate staff.
  • Review and submit payroll for processing.
  • Order office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist staff with answering phones, scheduling tests, return appointments, physician-patient referrals and pre-certification for insurance companies.
  • Address patient insurance and billing needs and questions as they arise in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate and schedule employee vacations and time off requests.
  • Coordinate Insurance contracting with respective Agent.
  • Bi-Weekly payroll
  • Coordinate employee benefit package including Employee Health Plan and 401K plan.
  • Follow up on optimization of scheduling, worklists and other assigned metrics by Directors and Executives.
  • Address podium reviews with personnel and clients.
  • Ensure staff are trained to adhere to guidelines, manuals, and requirements set forth by managers
  • Report on weekly activities on Fridays by 5PM to supervisors.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned in order to optimize supervisors flexibilities to perform their duties
  • Maintain clean and stocked work areas.
  • Maintain HIPAA practices and HIPAA training
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
