As a Regional Directed for Intensive Community Residential Services (ICRS), you will: Participate as a member of the team - fostering an environment that supports individuals in pursuit of their hopes, dreams, and personal outcomes. Oversee the operations of multiple services and ensure quality services are delivered to the individuals we support. Be able to support and maintain a safe and secure environment, 24/7, 365. Oversee the completion of all duties assigned to the Designated Coordinator per 245D requirements. Have the skills and abilities necessary to develop effective support plans and to design and use data systems to measure effectiveness of services and supports. Partner with Behavioral Analysts, Autism Specialists, Therapists, and medical professionals. Provide structured continuity. Provide guidance, encouragement, and support for the person supported to develop and implement a personal life plan that will result in reaching personal goals, development, increased strengths, skills, and coping abilities.
