T he Regional Director plays a critical leadership role guiding multiple centers across our Illinois (Western Suburbs) and Wisconsin markets, driving strong business results while creating exceptional experiences for guests and associates. Requirements

  • Proven success leading multi-unit teams
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Ability to coach leaders to higher performance
  • Data-driven decision maker
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • High accountability and integrity
  • 5 -7 years multi-unit leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success driving sales, operations, and guest satisfaction
  • Experience developing and leading high-performing teams
  • Experience using POS systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to travel up to 80% within assigned region in centers approximately 4 days per week
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • A bility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Lead Multi-Unit Operations Coach and develop District Managers and Center Managers and Leaders
  • Drive performance, accountability, and operational excellenc e Support teams in delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Drive Business Performance Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve results
  • Conduct business reviews and performance planning
  • Optimize revenue, labor, and profitability across districts
  • Build Leaders & Culture Recruit and develop high-performing leadership teams
  • Create succession plans and strong talent pipelines
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and accountable culture
  • Support Local Growth Partner with teams to drive guest acquisition through local marketing
  • Encourage community engagement and brand visibility
  • Ensure Operational Excellence U phold brand standards and company policies
  • Partner with corporate teams and vendors to support operations
