We’re seeking a dynamic Regional EHSS Coordinator to provide essential field support and champion our comprehensive Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) programs. Reporting to our Director of Employee Health, Safety & Security, you will play a pivotal role in driving a culture of safety and excellence throughout our operations. Our EHSS Coordinator conducts daily inspections of our facilities to ensure compliance with safety and security regulations, monitors security systems like surveillance cameras and access controls, investigates incidents, trains employees on safety procedures, performs risk assessments, and coordinates with law enforcement in emergency situations; the primary focus is to maintain a safe and secure environment for personnel and property within Go Rentals by implementing and enforcing security protocols and emergency response plans.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in an EHSS or related role.
Must have a Valid Unrestricted Driver’s License
Must have one to two years of driving experience and be insurable
Must be 21 years of age or older (Not Montana or Hawaii)
Ability and willingness to travel for extended periods
Excellent Communication Skills
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Strong understanding of relevant safety regulations
Excellent analytical abilities
Knowledge and ability to conduct safety audits, investigations, and training programs
OSHA Certification or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) (or in the process of)
1-2 years of relevant experience in safety protocols, security procedures, risk assessment, and the capability to implement and manage safety and security programs

Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation and management of our robust EHSS programs, ensuring compliance with national OSHA standards.
Oversee critical areas including Worksite Safety, Illness and Injury Management, Workplace Violence Prevention, and Ramp Safety Programs.
Utilize your in-depth knowledge of aviation safety practices to navigate unique safety protocols and uphold rigorous safety and security standards.
Work closely with Human Resources, Risk Management, and operational teams to drive continuous improvements in safety performance and foster a secure work environment.
