The Inside Sales Manager will play a key role in growing and developing business within our existing customer base in the food packaging and equipment sector. This role focuses on strengthening relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring customers have the solutions they need. Working within the commercial team, including Outside Regional Sales Managers, Account Managers, Field Service Technicians, Parts & Service Team, and Marketing, this position is critical to achieving customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
