About The Position

Altius Search Group is recruiting for a client seeking a Regional Manager – Professional Services to drive business development within the professional services vertical. This role focuses on building relationships with firms that need financing for technology and office equipment through tailored leasing and financing solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with experience in equipment finance, leasing, or professional services sales to join a growing platform and build a specialized book of business in a strong niche market. The Regional Manager – Professional Services will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with professional services firms, identifying financing opportunities, and delivering solutions that align with client needs. This individual will work closely with internal teams to manage transactions from initial outreach through funding. The ideal candidate is a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who is comfortable developing business, managing a territory, and contributing to the growth of a specialized equipment finance platform. Our client is an established independent equipment finance platform with deep expertise in leasing and financing solutions. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in equipment finance, leasing, professional services sales, or a related business development role
  • Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
  • Ability to build business within a specialized vertical market
