Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge of mobile equipment and maintenance practices, working knowledge of SAP, FAIM, or similar data management systems preferred
  • Self-starter with proven ability to teach, lead, and influence teams across multiple locations
  • Skilled in analyzing data in multiple databases to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA-regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels.
  • Must be willing to travel 70% of the time for this position, including Day trips, overnight trips, and weeklong trips.

  • Implement best practices for equipment safety, compliance, and performance
  • Collaborate with site teams to optimize fleet utilization, reduce downtime, and implement autonomous hauling systems
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective procurement of parts and services
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for equipment lifecycle management
