DESCRIPTION: The Regional Sales Director, Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM)/Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS), is responsible for the Regional strategic direction of the Specialty Therapy products inclusive of Micra, EVICD, Linq and future product innovations. The Therapy Business Director is also responsible for the management of all planning and business results and will be measured for by Revenue, SGM and Expense targets among other KPI's. The leader will be responsible for creating and overseeing the execution of the business plan, and managing overall Specialty Therapy performance, including budget planning, forecasting and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process in alignment with the Regional Vice Presidents and Business Unit Leaders. The position will be responsible for leading, engagement and development of all Specialty Therapies resources.
