Axis is looking for the right person to join our Region Sales Management team in the Carolinas sales region, within our Southeast Business Area. The ideal candidate should reside in the southeastern area of North Carolina area. Qualified candidates based in other parts of North Carolina and South Carolina may be considered. You will love this position if... · You enjoy speaking with people daily and educating them on the latest product innovations. · You love working with technology and creating solutions for customers that solve their problems and remove their pains. · You are great at communications and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. What you will do here: · Promote and educate our partners (integrators, distributors, consultants, & end-users) on the benefits of innovative IoT products for use cases relating to physical security, public safely, business intelligence and operational efficiency. · Develop and maintain open, fluid communications with our partners and new prospects · Arrange and execute site visits & meetings to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, lunch & learns and educational speaking seminars · Work cohesively with Axis Communication’s Technology Integration Partners · Recommend products and solutions that solve end customer's problems · Attend and participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academy trainings, webinars, and other promotional sales activities · Consistently use Salesforce as a component of active relationship management · Track and follow up on opportunities via Salesforce · Perform job walks and develop system designs and BOM’s · Complete other related duties as assigned What we are looking for: · Highly motivated sales individual with strong communication skills and high business acumen · Ability to listen and understand the needs of customers · Trustworthy, ethical, caring, and resourceful individual · Proven aptitude to learn, understand, and educate others on hardware and software technology based networked products & solutions · Ability to tailor presentations to meet specific customer needs · Public speaking and professional presentation skills · Multi-tasking and time management skills · Experience in managing opportunities via Salesforce or other CRM solutions · Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment that requires all team members to think critically, find creative solutions, and plan strategically for growth We believe you will need the following: · 4+ years in sales driven position · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronic trade training · Strong technical background · Fluent in Microsoft Office applications · Experience in CRM solutions, familiarity with Salesforce preferred Physical demands: · Frequently required to lift 20-50 lbs., and more on occasion · Expected travel time for this position is between 40%-60% Target Salary The approximate pay range for the Regional Sales Manager position is $140,000 to $150,000 Total Target Compensation. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state. Requirements
