About The Position

The Sr Regional Visual Manager, South Central and Carolinas ensures consistent execution of Tailored Brand Store initiatives specific to visual merchandising direction within their portfolio of stores. The Regional Visual Manager (RVM) will maximize visual productivity, profitability, operational excellence, and compliance with company procedures to create the highest quality in-store brand experience. They will establish clear and compelling direction and coach store teams to be customer-ready, merchandised per visual direction and up to brand standards every day. They are the primary contact and responsible for 6-14 districts within a zone to ensure consistent visual presentation and communication within their portfolio of stores. This role reports to the Zone Visual Manager and must be based in one of the following: Nashville, Cincinnati or Raleigh.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of Visual Merchandising experience
  • 6+ year’s multi-unit or high-volume retail business leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results by executing based upon company direction and strategy.
  • Capability to embrace challenges, take risks, learn fast and welcome change.
  • Ability to actively learn and apply learnings into decisions and behaviors.
  • Strong, versatile, and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strategically prioritize work to meet established deadlines.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • A proven record of strong visual merchandising skills and ability to creatively drive business.
  • A firm understanding of how effective visual strategies and standards drive the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates leadership, collaboration and influence among District Managers and members of the greater Field Visual Merchandising team to drive business strategy forward.
  • Build strong partnership with District Managers to drive brand strategy.
  • Drives brand loyalty by ensuring exceptional customer experience through well-merchandised and visually compelling stores that meet brand visual merchandising strategy throughout their portfolio of stores.
  • Ensures District and Store teams understand the brand vision and initiatives.
  • Develops creative merchandising solutions using brand filters to drive sales and margin within districts.
  • Conducts and participates in store visits focusing on presentation standards, brand integrity, identifying business opportunities and people development.
  • Coordinates and conducts visual merchandising workshops in partnership with DMs.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
