How You'll Contribute to Our Success As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our company's growth and profitability goals. Leveraging your exceptional sales skills, you will engage with both prospective and current customers in the consumer channel, expertly presenting our products, conducting demonstrations, and representing Biospringer at regional trade shows. Your ability to make impactful presentations and secure orders will be instrumental in solidifying our position as the industry leader.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and  experience
  • 8 or more years of experience in the consumer food industry
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in a second language is preferred but not required (Spanish or French)

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to our safety-first culture by strictly following all protocols and participating in required safety programs
  • Leverage your industry expertise to compile a robust pipeline of prospective customers, ensuring we capitalize on every opportunity
  • Engage with both existing and potential clients through in-person visits and virtual interactions, securing orders and solidifying our position as the preferred provider of Yeast Extracts
  • Effectively display and demonstrate our products, while expertly managing pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Seamlessly handle all business transactions, keeping our systems and literature up to date, while developing and maintaining strong relationships with key purchasing contacts
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues and payment discrepancies with the utmost professionalism
  • Represent our company at trade shows and regional meetings, delivering impactful presentations that showcase our unique value proposition
