What You’ll Do As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll: Lead and inspire a team of up to 10 technical sales professionals. Drive annual sales growth and execute strategic sales plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel distributors and customers. Provide coaching, training, and accountability to your team. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet both Sandvik and distributor goals. Manage your own portfolio of customers or distributor relationships, as needed.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of Sales Management experience in a manufacturing-related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of cutting tools, metalworking, and manufacturing environments.
  • A passion for motivating teams and building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct joint field visits with sales reps and distributors.
  • Deliver impactful presentations showcasing Coromant’s productivity-enhancing solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance and refine strategies to meet targets.
  • Handle administrative tasks including commission documentation and budget management.
  • Recommend new distributor partnerships and maintain regular communication with existing ones.
