Your Territory & Travel The region is yours to own and grow. You’ll need exceptional time management and strategic planning skills to effectively cover this extensive territory, with travel expectations of 75%-80%—primarily driving in a company-provided pickup truck. Your ability to efficiently schedule customer visits and maximize face-to-face interactions will be key to success.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales (5+ years), preferably in mining, demolition, or construction industries.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills—you understand that trust drives sales.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent time management—this territory is vast, and efficiency is key.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools to keep customer interactions organized and effective.
  • Resides within the territory and holds a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and direct sales accounts.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities within the region.
  • Educate and support customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends, maintain customer records, and generate sales reports to drive informed business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager to align with strategic company goals.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to expand industry connections and generate leads.
