Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
Strong background in business development and sales
Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
Outside Sales: 3 years (Required)
Sales Management: 1 year (Required)
Customer service: 1 year (Required)

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
Experience in outside sales or B2B sales is preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver effective sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales team
Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
Conduct sales training sessions, both in-person and virtual, to educate sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices
Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and areas for improvement
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from participants
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training
