This position is responsible for developing new business and managing existing accounts within the oil and gas industry. Key Responsibilities include: Generates new business through existing contacts, networking and cold calling. Responsible for presenting product solutions and training within the customer sales/service environment. Services existing accounts, from both a sales and account management perspective. Initiate client meetings, appointments, and lunch and learns for products. Analyze customer needs and interests and determine how company products and services can best meet their needs. Maintain a working knowledge of all relevant customer issues, pricing and billing procedures, and collections status. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. Quickly build a detailed working knowledge and then remain current of company’s products, market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies. Work with inside sales support staff with quotes, equipment selection and sourcing to close orders.
