Requirements

Variable Operations leader with track record of driving sales performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the profitability of the variable operations, including new and used vehicle sales, F&I (Finance and Insurance) departments, and vehicle marketing strategies.
Experience developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve regional targets for new and used vehicle sales.
Experience analyzing sales performance, history, and metrics identifying areas for improvement and growth to formulate new policies designed to promote sales.
Excellent communication skills and a strong amount of emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

Collaborative leader who can partner with dealership general managers to optimize inventory levels and vehicle pricing.
Leader who is passionate about enhancing customer satisfaction by ensuring a high level of service throughout the sales process.
Track record of implementing best practices for customer engagement and retention as well as leading sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development of sales teams.
