As a Regional Vice President of one of Salsify’s strategic sales teams, you will assume leadership of a growing sales organization, which includes individual contributors (Strategic Account Managers) to help drive growth from our largest and most strategic customers. You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing your team, which includes recruiting, hiring, and training new team members on the sales process. Additionally, you will plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels. You will participate and lead in client meetings, including personally driving sales deals and contributing to Salsify’s revenue goals. You will develop and execute an account management plan aimed at ensuring 100% customer satisfaction/renewals and will work cross-functionally with partners such as Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Product.
