In this role, you will: Take ownership of complex sales and account management processes, using consultative discovery to understand decision-making dynamics and uncover unmet partner needs. Use performance data, traveler trends, and competitive benchmarks to challenge assumptions, reframe opportunities, and drive competitiveness and market share gains. Personalize strategies and communication based on each partner’s goals, listing health, and market dynamics, breaking down complex data into simple, actionable insights that drive adoption of Vrbo tools and solutions. Set performance goals with partners, co-create action plans, secure commitment, and track progress against clear metrics to drive sustained portfolio growth. Manage a diverse, high-volume portfolio of Professional Property Managers and Individual Hosts through structured outbound outreach and ongoing consultations. Drive consistent execution on performance plans, pricing strategies, availability optimization, and content quality, surfacing blockers early and maintaining momentum with a strong sense of ownership. Develop and deliver compelling presentations to partners and peers, and represent Vrbo at industry events by sharing opportunities, insights, and best practices that help partners grow their business. Continuously analyze and prioritize your pipeline and activities, using historical trends and performance analytics to forecast improvement opportunities and focus on the highest-impact work. Recommend new products, features, or strategies that align with evolving traveler needs and market shifts, and refine your workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes for you and your partners. Create an environment of mutual respect, accountability, and open dialogue with both internal teammates and external partners, encouraging healthy debate, active listening, and clear follow-through across time zones and cultures.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, client services, or B2B sales, ideally in travel, marketplace, or technology environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience.
  • Strong commercial instincts and a challenger mindset – you know how to influence change, drive action, and reframe opportunities using data and insight.
  • Comfortable managing high-volume workflows while staying strategic, organized, and customer-focused.
  • Confident using Salesforce, Tableau, or other CRM and BI platforms to extract insights, inform decisions, and prioritize your portfolio.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to balance tactical execution (e.g., outreach, follow-ups, performance checks) with longer-term strategic planning.
  • Known for reliable follow-through, resilience, and your ability to build authentic, trust-based relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A collaborative teammate who champions inclusivity and seeks shared success across functions, geographies, and perspectives.
  • Naturally future-focused — you regularly ask “what’s next?” and pursue new opportunities with curiosity, urgency, and a bias for action.
  • Travel 10-20% of the time
