About The Position

RBTs provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to pediatric clients ages 2–14 while working closely with a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role focuses on helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills in a structured clinic environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Professional, dependable, and compassionate
  • Ability to work with pediatric clients ages 2–14
  • Ability to pass required background checks
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Previous ABA therapy experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to pediatric clients
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
  • Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
  • Collect and document behavioral data accurately
  • Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
  • Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
  • Maintain timely and professional session documentation
