As a Registered Behavior Technician, you begin your day by collecting data meticulously from each session, noting the progress of your clients. You follow the individualized plans created by the BCBA, implementing various behavioral interventions and adapting your approach as needed. Throughout your interactions, you engage with the clients using positive reinforcement to encourage desired behaviors, all while documenting every step for accurate reporting. Each interaction contributes to helping them reach their goals, leaving you with a sense of fulfillment in your important work. WHO ARE WE?
