About The Position
Adelphi is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support services in a school setting located in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ideal candidate will work closely with school administration to provide services to students in accordance with established guidelines and standards of practice.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with children or students with behavioral needs preferred
- Ability to deliver services under the supervision of a BCBA
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with children or students with behavioral needs preferred
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA
- Collect behavioral data and maintain documentation
- Assist with student behavior support strategies
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff
- Maintain session notes and service logs
- Any other duties as assigned
