About The Position
provides direct, one-to-one behavioral intervention services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental or behavioral needs.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED (relevant Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (will be offered).
- Experience working with children and strong communication/teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy - behavior intervention plans under supervision of Boar Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect data on behavior.
- Implement reinforcement and teaching procedures assigned by BCBA.
- Implement treatment plans.
- Complete RBT certification
