About The Position
As an RN Clinical Supervisor (Home Health) , you will partner with the Clinical Director and Branch Director to plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient-centered care. Time is split between the office and the field, providing clinical guidance to home care field staff and supporting patient care consisting of pediatrics and adults.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Current RN license in Nevada
- Experience working with pediatric patients
- 2+ years of recent RN experience
- 1+ year of Gtube experience (plus traches and/or vents preferred)
- 1+ year in home health care
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree from a National League of Nursing-accredited college preferred
Responsibilities
- Taking, reviewing and converting home care referrals
- Overseeing all client care services
- Assessing patients, developing plans of care, coordinating services and discharge planning
- Completing client admission and pre-admission visits
- Ensuring compliance with agency’s policies and local, state and federal laws and regulations
- Completing required paperwork for insurance reimbursement and clinical record documentation
- Serving in a rotating on-call schedule for clinical troubleshooting and support
- Interviewing, orientating, and supporting field staff
- Evaluating and conferring with field staff regarding performance
- Other duties as assigned
