Are you passionate about supporting breast cancer patients and guiding them through their treatment journey? We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Surgical Breast Oncology Navigator to work closely with our multidisciplinary team. This role provides personalized care coordination, education, and support to help patients navigate their treatment options and improve outcomes. This position is a part-time (24 hours per week) position with shifts that will fall during the Monday through Friday, work week; 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no weekends, holidays, nights, or call. After onboarding and training, one remote workday per week may be permitted. Underpinned by our core values of Compassion, Team, Excellence, and Purpose, the Breast Oncology RN Navigator will work with our cancer care team to coordinate and manage the care needs of breast cancer patients, developing personalized care plans. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely, coordinated, and patient-centered care. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential as you serve as the primary contact for patients and the care team.
