About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - First Assist for a 13-week travel assignment in Pittsfield, MA.
Assignment:
Days 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 8; 8hr days Monday-Friday 40hr gt
Start Date: 4/6/2026
Contract: 13 weeks
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Weekend Requirements: None/Holidays required if needed
On Call Requirements: On call by rotation
Travel Policy: SYSTEM WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF THE FACILITY. To avoid delays in processing, please include the perm address at profile upload.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and vital signs
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Perform nursing procedures within the RN scope of practice
Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Educate patients and families on care, medications, and discharge needs
Adhere to infection control and safety standards
Respond to emergencies and perform interventions as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic care environment
Support and guide unlicensed assistive personnel when required
Compensation:
Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements

• 2 years of current FIRST ASSIST OPERATING ROOM experience is required
• A bachelor of Science degree is required
• BLS AHSA is required
• CNOR REQUIRED is required
• Permanent address must be included in the profile
• BLS (AHA) is required
• CNOR is required
• State License Requirements: Massachusetts
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
• Drug screen and background check (facility required)
• Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
