About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – MS/Tele to provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills in cardiac monitoring, acute care, and patient management in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS and ACLS Certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of MS/Tele experience
• Strong experience with dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR system
• Experience with acute care and telemetry monitoring

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and dysrhythmias
• Administer medications, including blood products and IV therapies
• Provide care for patients requiring respiratory support (BiPAP, CPAP, HFNC)
• Manage central lines, PICC lines, and peripheral IVs
• Respond to rapid response and code situations
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in EMR systems
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols
