About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment. The RN will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment while supporting a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Active South Carolina RN License or Multistate Compact License
- BLS Certification required
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond to changes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate documentation within EMR systems
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams
- Ensure adherence to patient safety and infection control protocols
