About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide onsite health and wellness services focused on preventive care for employees. This role supports workplace health initiatives through health coaching, flu clinics, and biometric screenings, while promoting overall employee well-being through primary care and preventive health services.

Requirements

• Administration of flu shots
• Performing biometric screenings
• Health coaching and preventive care delivery
• 2–3 years of nursing experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (State of South Carolina or compact)
• Current BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver health coaching and wellness education to employees
• Administer seasonal flu vaccinations in accordance with clinical protocols
• Conduct biometric screenings, including vital signs and health assessments
• Support preventive health and primary care initiatives within the workplace setting
• Educate employees on health risk factors and wellness strategies
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with health standards
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and occupational health policies
• Collaborate with wellness and administrative teams as needed
