About The Position

Loma Linda Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Part-Time RN to join our clinical team and help deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Loma Linda Post Acute is a post-acute and long-term care facility located in the heart of Loma Linda, California. We specialize in rehabilitation and skilled nursing services, providing care in a warm, welcoming environment where residents are treated with dignity and respect. Our interdisciplinary team works collaboratively to support healing, recovery, and quality of life. As a Part-Time Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in resident care.

Requirements

• Active California RN license in good standing
• Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Compassionate, professional, and resident-focused approach
• Availability to work part-time, including possible evenings or weekends

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Assessing residents’ conditions and monitoring changes in health status
• Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Documenting nursing care in a timely and thorough manner
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervising and supporting CNAs and other nursing staff
• Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
