About The Position

As a Regulatory Affairs Manager based in Morristown, NJ, you will directly contribute to the success and growth of our Industrial Microbial Control business. In this role, you will be a vital part of shaping regulatory strategies across North America, partnering closely with cross‑functional colleagues, global regulatory teams, and key customers. Your work will help accelerate business objectives, strengthen compliance foundations, and ensure our technologies reach customers safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Chemistry; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in biocide/pesticide regulatory affairs within the Americas (EPA, FDA, Health Canada).
  • Experience representing organizations in discussions with regulators, trade associations, and technical committees.
  • Strong scientific understanding of chemistry, toxicology, ecotoxicology, environmental fate or risk assessment principles.
  • Strong communication skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and a collaborative working style.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, prioritize effectively, and work with agility in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the US state regulatory program, including label revisions, EPA registration reviews, registration submissions, CSF updates and related documentation.
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies to obtain and maintain product approvals, ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements across the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
  • Serve as the primary regulatory partner for key Paints & Coatings customers in North America, providing clear guidance and high‑quality support.
  • Maintain import permits and collaborate with external partners to support the registration and compliance of Arxada products.
  • Coordinate cross-border regulatory activities to ensure seamless product flow across the region.
  • Provide expert advice to internal and external stakeholders on regulatory developments and required actions.
  • Represent Arxada in trade associations and regulatory meetings to support our industry leadership.
