Reporting to the Lead Relationships Associate Director, the Relationships Operations Senior Associate serves as the operational and analytical backbone of The Siegfried Group’s internal mentorship program, supporting the program’s incentive and review processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment across the firm. The position manages the program’s core data systems, reporting, and master files that support quarterly and bi-annual review cycles. It analyzes and translates complex data into clear insights, helping leadership monitor budgets, track accruals, perform reconciliations, and forecast future performance. This role also partners cross-functionally with Finance, Recruiting, People Operations, and Sales to implement program updates, manage incentive policies, and ensure systems reflect the firm’s evolving needs. Ultimately, this position helps ensure the mentorship program operates efficiently, remains scalable and data-driven, and provides leadership with the insights needed to make informed decisions.
