About The Position

Reporting to the Lead Relationships Associate Director, the Relationships Operations Senior Associate serves as the operational and analytical backbone of The Siegfried Group’s internal mentorship program, supporting the program’s incentive and review processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment across the firm. The position manages the program’s core data systems, reporting, and master files that support quarterly and bi-annual review cycles. It analyzes and translates complex data into clear insights, helping leadership monitor budgets, track accruals, perform reconciliations, and forecast future performance. This role also partners cross-functionally with Finance, Recruiting, People Operations, and Sales to implement program updates, manage incentive policies, and ensure systems reflect the firm’s evolving needs. Ultimately, this position helps ensure the mentorship program operates efficiently, remains scalable and data-driven, and provides leadership with the insights needed to make informed decisions.

Requirements

  • 4 Year Degree from Accredited University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • 3+ years of Professional Experience

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis, Reporting & Systems Management Build and maintain all master files and support internal incentive reviews.
  • Develop and manage automation processes, validation files, data summaries, and analytics (hours, LOA, and review tracking).
  • Enhance and maintain core workbooks and reporting tools to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Partner with People Operations, Recruiting, and Sales Operations to implement firmwide updates across systems and review processes.
  • Budget Analysis & Financial Oversight Conduct monthly budget reviews, identifying reclasses and reconciliation items for Finance and internal team review.
  • Provide visual analytics and insights on participant budget usage throughout the fiscal year.
  • Support allowance approvals and monitor control processes to reinforce responsible budget utilization.
  • Matching & Headcount Management Partner with Recruiting to ensure accurate system updates for the mentorship matching process.
  • Confirm monthly headcount with the internal team and report accruals to Finance.
  • Incentive Policy & Forecast Management Maintain and update internal incentive policies, ensuring current documentation is reflected on the firm’s intranet site.
  • Partner with Finance to communicate incentive changes to manage the internal incentive budget and forecasting process.
