The Reliability Technician applies reliability best practices to eliminate sources of repetitive failure in equipment and processes. The role involves acquiring process and equipment data, analyzing this data which defines reliability problems and recommend improvements. Developing plans to reduce or eliminate production losses and high maintenance costs, ensuring the execution of these plans enhance production efficiency. Maintenance Technicians duties include following all necessary safety protocols and procedures, keeping work areas clean, maintaining equipment records, interacting daily with the Maintenance Management System (SAP), and helping to develop and maintain preventive maintenance tasks and schedules. This position requires individuals to make skill-appropriate decisions, especially when working alone, and to demonstrate both leadership and teamwork as situations demand.
