Requirements

  • Experience in benefits consulting, client service, or consultative sales preferred
  • Strong communication skills with a professional presence during video consultations
  • Organized and self-motivated when working in a remote environment
  • Ability to follow established systems, processes, and compliance protocols
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam and reliable high-speed internet

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom
  • Assess client needs and recommend personalized supplemental benefit solutions
  • Clearly explain coverage options and guide clients through the enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate, compliant documentation within internal systems
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent service and follow-up
  • Participate in team meetings, weekly training sessions, and ongoing professional development
