Work from home helping people who requested info about benefit programs. You follow up, check if they qualify, and guide them through their options.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Organized + self-motivated
- Comfortable with Zoom / basic tech
- U.S. work authorization
- Reliable internet + Windows computer
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients on Zoom
- Follow up with inbound member requests
- Review eligibility + explain options
- Help clients enroll + answer questions
- Support existing clients when needed
- Keep simple records + stay organized
