Requirements

Responsibilities
- Maintain regulatory compliance with COBRA regulations and Direct Billing service.
- Lead, mentor, and train the COBRA team for effective performance.
- Act as the primary liaison for employer groups and resolve escalations.
- Monitor and manage team performance metrics regularly.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high-level customer service.
- Oversee enrollment and payment processing while ensuring data integrity.
