Position Overview As a Remote Customer Service Account Specialist, you will work directly with members who have requested information, providing guidance on available coverage options that align with their needs. This fully remote role offers flexibility, structured support, and the opportunity to grow professionally while delivering excellent service to members nationwide.

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be physically located within the United States
  • Non-U.S. residents are not eligible at this time
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • A self-motivated, service-focused mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with members via Zoom
  • Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
  • Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to support satisfaction and retention
  • Provide ongoing account support including policy updates and client inquiries
  • Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards
