Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be physically located within the United States
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with members via phone or Zoom
  • Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
  • Guide members through the onboarding and enrollment process
  • Provide ongoing support including policy updates and general account assistance
  • Maintain accurate digital records and client documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to build long-term relationships
