Globe Life AO is seeking dependable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. This role is designed for individuals interested in providing professional customer support while working from home. Customer Service Representatives assist clients through virtual communication channels, provide accurate information, and support service-related needs in accordance with company standards and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer tools
  • Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
  • Customer-service–oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • No prior customer service or industry experience required

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and Zoom
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide clear explanations of company-approved products and services
  • Assist clients with enrollments, updates, and general service support
  • Schedule and conduct virtual service appointments as required
  • Maintain accurate and confidential digital records
  • Collaborate with team members in a remote environment
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
